Building the Frame Work

The next stage of construction was putting the frame on the new building.  The crane was in putting the steal structure together in mid August.  Just in time, for the hottest part of summer, the air conditioners had to come off the roof and we had to sweat it out.  Luckily, this year it was a little cooler August, and things haven't been all that bad.  Only one or two days in the nineties.   As well as a new roof, we had to put a new wall up between the new service write up and delivery area  to hold the roof up.  The wall went up in 2 days and soon the roof beams were attached.

Building the Foundation

In order to move the Showroom out about 10 feet and the wall for our new service write up and delivery area, a trench was dug around the main structure.  The footings were poured and a foundation established to build upon.

Bringing Down the Old Dealership

To Catch up from about a month ago, Progress has been fast and furious on our new Dealership.  Here are a few pictures to get you up to date.  This is still tear down of the old building.  As you can see, things got pretty ugly around here while the demolition was going on.  These pictures take us through the first week of August when we were still tearing down.
